Fortunately for my day, and my mind, I world-wide-web-wandered over to This Is Reverb tonight and Pastor Ryan's post is great (as usual). Check it out for something to ponder/change your outlook/change your life. The struggle between being a loner and being a part of a group is definitely one of mine.
Because I feel the need to be positive even when I'm in a lull, here are five things I'm grateful for today:
1. My kitties. I love to cuddle and kiss them and let their sweet furry faces make me happy on days like today.
2. A delicious meal to fill my belly... and the satisfaction of being the one who provided it.
3. A comfortable home to come to after a day at work.
4. Having a job at which I have permanent status and don't have to be worried about losing in these tough economic times.
5. The belief that things can always get better... and the desire to make it true.

I think the idea of tea in bed with a good book is a good one. I would love to join that club!
Finding the positive is alaways a good thing. I am glad you were able to do so. I don't know if you noticed the poem I have taped above my kitchen sink. It helps me to remember that I may hate to do dishes, but they are a sign that my family had food to eat today. Which reminds me, I should write the guys a note to remind themm in a nice fashion, that I go to bed with a shiny sink, and expect it to be that way when I wake up. I don't mind doing supper dishes, but I hate doing someone else's mess. UGH!
OOPS! I am whining, and I was trying to stay positive. Maybe I will wnader over to the site you mentioned and see if helps. :)
Love ya!
Auntie Cindy :)
Hope you have a better day today!
Isn't this weather such a drag? UGH!!!
