Daffodils!

Daffodils have officially blossomed here in Northern VA! I saw some on my errand-running today and shouted "daffodils!" in my excitement. I had my window down, but fortunately I don't think anyone heard me... I doubt most people are as excited to see the first daffodils of the season as I am.

I "borrowed" this photo from my Mom. These daffodils were on my Grama's kitchen table when I was home for President's Day and I think it's a beautiful arrangement- I love it all, from the jar to the yellowish vase gems.

This is a quick post because Hubby will be home soon and we're going to watch a movie. It's his "spring break," so he doesn't have class tonight. It will be lovely to have him home earlier, even if we are just going to sit in front of the "tube" and then go to bed.
