I was inspired for my journal by an art project I had to do in high school. I really enjoyed this project, probably because it required being meticulous.

I wasn't quite as meticulous this time as I was in class back then, but this time nobody's grading... not even me.

After all, journaling is about release and expression, not about perfection. I struggle sometimes if things are a little off, but I'm learning that things really are nicer when you just let them go.

"If you think you're so perfect, try walking on water." That's from a bumper sticker I had on my bedroom door as a teenager and I felt it was relevant to share because I talked a little bit above perfection just then.

Blessings and Happy Wednesday!
