As I sort and go through baby items, taking things out of boxes for assembly, the cats find a nice place to play. They love boxes and the one from the stroller is a palatial kind.
Though I put the boxes out for them to enjoy, Lucy could tone it down a bit. She might be excited, but her face in the first photo kind of freaks me out. It’s like she’s gone completely insane… more so than usual.

The stroller is assembled and the car seat that came with it is ready to go in the car. I’ve been advised by a friend that car seat installation is something to be videotaped… because it’s a pain in the butt and can be quite entertaining. If I don’t have it installed at work, and if there’s not a lot of cursing involved if we do it ourselves, maybe I’ll have a video to share.
I love the fabric on the car seat and stroller. I admired forest things from start, but since that’s not the direction I ended up going, I’m glad for a little touch of it here.
