Casey has been absolutely amazing. During labor, he was my focus point and without him I’m not sure how I would have made it through all the pain. He held my hand when the decision for the c-section was made, a bit of uncertainty in his eyes but always supportive and encouraging. I wasn’t sure it was possible, but my love multiplied like crazy for him on the birth day… and more since then!
Once we came home, he became super househubby, taking care of things for me as I rest and recover, this week in addition to working and studying. It drives me crazy not being able to do all the house stuff, but I am so thankful for his help.
And then there is his absolute adoration of Abel.
It makes my heart pitter patter and I’m just so freakin’ in love with our little family.
