Well-Rounded

Mum and I had tea on Sunday morning, which I posted about yesterday.

On Sunday afternoon, we participated in a different activity, also in the area of the back deck, but this time along with my Pa.

We laughed about how well rounded I was from having tea in the morning and target practice in the afternoon.

Mum had never shot before, but she did darn well... especially considering she's left handed, shooting a right handed gun.

I laughed as I handed the binoculars to Dad after viewing her first shot, which was on her target just below the center mark.

It was such an awesome day, especially when you combine the tea and the shooting with the cookout we had with family in the early afternoon.

I look forward to more well-rounded days like that.
